On September 15, 2023, a new free champion rotation is coming to Wild Rift, featuring 10 free units to choose from. If you are a fairly new player in Wild Rift and are looking for more champions to try out, the free weekly rotation is your way to go. The list this week includes:
- Malphite
- Kennen
- Leona
- Khazix
- Thresh
- Eko
- Samira
- Vex
- Kayn
- Nilah
So, which of these champions should you definitely grind with in Summoner’s Rift? Malphite is always a champion worth trying out in the top lane, given his strong teamfighting and counter potential against AD champions. Leona is arguably one of the best tank supports Wild Rift has to offer so don’t skip getting to know her abilities and CC strength. Also, Samira is a huge skill pick if you want to master bottom lane as your go-to selection. She can 1v5 if played correctly.
Apart from the aforementioned champions, you should give a try to Vex in the mid-lane since she is overpowered in long-range poke and Kayn in the jungle. Kayn is super fun to play as and will clear out camps, gank lanes, and siege even in the first games you’ll play as him. Thresh and Kennen are also super viable in all tiers of ranked play, so check them out too if you haven’t already.
The new champion rotation starts on September 15th, 2023 and ends on the 21st. At that point, we’ll see the release of Hecarim in the upcoming patch 4.3c which is releasing on the same day. You can check out all the champion balance changes and new content coming to Wild Rift with patch 4.3c here.
