The time has come for TFT Mobile to release on APAC regions, following the migration of Riot Games from Garena to its official servers. The period of pre-registration started a few months ago and now it’s time for the game release.
According to the official announcement, TFT Mobile will launch in APAC regions alongside the release of TFT Set 10 in late November. Riot Games has said the following back when pre-registration started:
The convergence is powering up, the Little Legends are stretching, and the Champions are looking forward to being three-starred. That’s right, Teamfight Tactics (TFT) Mobile is coming to the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.
Earlier this year, Riot regained publishing rights to League of Legends and Teamfight Tactics PC in APAC, which meant migrating player accounts and data from Garena servers over to brand new Riot game servers.
As a result, the following regions will be getting the official TFT Mobile application:
- Philippines
- Indonesia
- Malaysia
- Singapore
- Thailand
- Vietnam
- Taiwan
- Hong Kong
- Macau
We have no set release date for the release of the mobile app as we don’t exactly know the release date of TFT Set 10. However, it will be sometime in late November. We shall know the exact date soon. Most possibly, it will be by the time patch 13.23 releases which is on November 21st.
The pre-registration for TFT Mobile in those regions will come with in-game rewards, much like it happened in League of Legends. These in-game rewards will come in the form of milestones, much like many mobile titles with pre-registration goals. One of those rewards will be the Boba Tea Sprite, which will be released for other regions in the future too.
