A new cycle of PBE changes for update 13.15 in LoL was revealed yesterday, including a variety of updates for the Arena. No one will deny that there are some picks that are incredibly powerful and some others that deserve some love but aren’t that strong. Take a look below to find all the possibly upcoming Arena changes in LoL patch 13.15.
LoL Patch 13.15 – Arena Champion Updates
Akshan
Q: Avengerang – Damage increased from 5-85 (+80% AD) to 15-135 (+100% AD).
W: Going Rogue – Revive Health Percentage increased from 33% to 60%.
E: Heroic Swing – Attack speed coefficient increased from 30% to 45%.
R: Comeuppance – AD ratio increased from 10% to 20%.
Alistar
W: Headbutt – Ability Haste reduced by 30.
R: Unbreakable Will – Ability Haste reduced by 50.
Annie
R: Summon: Tibbers – Base HP nerfed by 50%.
Bard
Passive: Traveller’s Call – Chimes needed per upgrade tier reduced from 5 to 2.
Meep AP ratio increased from 30% to 60%.
W: Caretaker’s Shrine – Prep time reduced from 10 seconds to 8 seconds.
+70 Ability Haste.
W: Max available increased from 3 to 33.

Q: H-28 Evolution Turret – Turret HP reduced by 30%.
E: CH-2 Electron Storm Grenade – Ability Haste reduced by 30%.

R: Grandmaster at Arms – Passive proc base damage reduced from 60-160 to 40-120.
K’Sante
Q: Ntofo Strikes – Base CD reduced from 3.5 seconds to 2.75 seconds.
E: Footwork – +20 Ability Haste.

Q: Null Sphere – Base damage increased from 65/95/125/155/185 to 100/130/160/190/210.
W: Nether Blade – Base damage increased from 50/75/100/125/150 to 75/100/125/150/175.
R: Riftwalk – Base damage increased from 70/90/110 to 100/120/140.
Stack damage increased from 35/45/55 to 45/55/65.

Passive: Voracity – AD scaling increased from 60% bonus AD to 80% bonus AD.
Reset CDR increased from 15 to 20.
Q: Bouncing Blade – AP scaling increased from 35% to 50%.
E: Shunpo – Damage increased from 20/35/50/65/80 (+40% AD) (+25% AP) to 50/65/80/95/110 (+50% AD) (+35% AP).
R: Death Lotus – Damage per dagger increased from 25/37.5/50 (+19% AP) to 50/62.5/75 (+22% AP).

R: Divine Judgement – Ability Haste reduced from -50 to -100.
Base damage reduced from 200/300/400 to 50/100/150.

W: Electrical Surge – Active magic damage reduced from 70/95/120/145/170 (+80% AP) to 70/90/110/130/150 (+60% AP).
R: Slicing Maelstrom – Bonus resistances reduced from 20/40/60 to 20/30/40.
Damage reduced from 40/75/110 (+22.5% AP) to 30/55/80 (+18%).

W: Steadfast Presence – Ability Haste reduced by 30.
E: Heroic Charge – Ability Haste reduced by 30.
Rammus
Q: Powerball – Movement speed increased from 25-39% to 50-78%.
AP scaling increased from 100% to 125%.
W: Defensive Ball Curl – Armor scaling increased from (+40/50/60/70/80% total Armor) to (+60/70/80/90/100% total Armor).
Magic Resistance scaling increased from (+30/35/40/45/50% total MR) to (+40/45/50/55/60% total MR).
E: Frenzying Taunt – Taunt duration increased from 1.2/1.4/1.6/1.8/2 seconds to 1.6/1.8/2/2.2/2.4 seconds.
Attack speed duration increased from 1.2/1.4/1.6/1.8/2 seconds to 1.6/1.8/2/2.2/2.4 seconds.
R: Soaring Slam – AP scaling increased from 60% to 100%.
Wukong:
Q: Crushing Blow – Base damage reduced from 20-120 to 10-90.
W: Warrior Trickster – Ability Haste reduced by 30.
R: Cyclone – Max HP damage per second reduced from 4/6/8% to 3/4.5/6%.
LoL Patch 13.15 – Arena Item Updates
Echoes of Helia:
Shard heal increased from 20-80 to 40-160.
Shard damage increased from 30-180 to 45-270.
Guardian’s Dirk:
Lethality increased from 10 to 15.
Hextech Gunblade:
Ability Power increased from 70 to 80.
Omnivamp increased from 15% to 20%.
Staff of Flowing Water:
Movement speed increased from 10% to 15%.
Passive AP granted increased from 45-70 to 60/90.
Passive Ability Haste granted increased from 30 to 35.
LoL Patch 13.15 – Arena Augment & System Updates
Earthquake (Augment):
Base explosion time reduced from 1 second to .75 seconds.
AoE range beyond dash end increased from 50 units to 100 units.
Naafiri Cameo:
Max HP damage reduced from 20-60% to 10-20%.
Perseverance (Augment):
Base regen increased from 500% to 600%.
Amped regen increased from 1000% to 1200%.
Wind Peaker’s Blessing:
Resistances reduced from 45-105 to 30-90.
Arena is available right now in the live League of Legends servers but it won’t be available permanently so make sure to check out each and every one of your favorite champions before the clock runs out. As far as we know, the Soul Fighter event ends on August 28th, so it’s safe to say that Arena won’t leave the servers before then.
