The League of Legends update 13.17 keeps on giving us updates that stir lane tier lists up, with new champions entering the fray due to slight unit or item changes. In the bottom lane, we have several champions that are considered top of the top in LoL 13.17 and you should definitely not overlook them. Continue reading to see the full list.
LoL 13.17 – Top 5 Bottom Lane Champions
Kai’Sa
Even though Stattik Shiv received a slight nerf, her AP build is still quite viable in many situations. Overall, Kai’sa has only a few counters, meaning she can abuse her lanes when alongside a meta support. Both her AP and AD builds work. However, when building AP, make sure to switch Luden’s for Liandry’s in this patch.
Xayah
Xayah is mainly a self-peel AD, considered the best in her type right now. We are into a meta where hard-engaging champions can change the tide of the game, Xayah can safely fly and outplay some of her opponent’s more significant spells and avoid getting CC-locked.
Zeri
Zer has crept her way into the meta, mainly due to her synergy with some supports that are highly OP right now. Although she might not be the best in all scenarios, her power with Stattik Shiv along with her synergies and easy escape mechanic, make her a super strong bottom laner right now.
Ashe
Ashe is in a super good state right now, although not many have noticed it already. She can neutralize many powerful champions like Xayah and Kai’Sa right now while staying safe. Ultimately, she can offer everything a team needs. Vision with her E, team fight engage with her R, and great lane control with W. Definitely worth the try.
Caitlyn
Last but not least, Caitlyn is back on our top lists although it might take some time for us to see her in competitive play. She received buffs in both 13.17 and 13.16 and we might even see her coming back with Lux as her synergy support. One area where Caitlyn excels is her push power which can through champions like Zeri and Xayah off their tempo. Also, don’t forget her dragon control, which will prove useful in any game.
