Leaks have been going wild over the past few days in the Valorant community, over the imminent announcement of the next agent. As more and more content leaks online, we now know that ISO is the next Valorant agent and he is exactly what we were hoping for.
The leak comes from VALORANTLeaksEN on Twitter, who revealed the first marketing image for ISO, the next Valorant agent. The image itself shows ISO’s model and origin, as he most possibly is a Chinese agent. This correlates with the fact that Riot Games has previously shared an image of the next agent eating a Chinese hot pot.
In addition, we have some minor hints as to what his kit might be like. We already know that ISO is a duelist agent. In addition, a recent marketing video has agents claiming that he is precise and that “he can’t miss”. This could point to him having an ability that has a 100% chance to hit the target. However, it could be a meta-defining ability to have. This could potentially speak bad news for other Valorant agents that rely on laying low.
Moreover, he has some type of purple energy that surrounds him in his marketing model. This could have something to do with his abilities. Undeniably, duelists are always super fun to play as in Valorant so ISO can’t fall behind in that aspect. However, we’ll need to wait and see his full kit when the official announcement arrives.
Most likely, ISO will join the Valorant agent roster in Episode 7 act 4, which releases on October 31st. That is, if not any urgent matters surface before the release of its patch.
