Have you created an account in League of Legends and realized you made the wrong choice when choosing your region? Riot Games gives you the opportunity to transfer your account from one region to another in League of Legends. The transfer itself is not free of charge but it can save you a lot of frustration when it comes to high ping.
To be able to transfer your account in League of Legends, you’ll first need to get 2600RP. The exact amount, of course, is different in each region. After that, you can go to the in-client Store and go to the Account Settings tab. There, under the tab “ACCOUNT” you can find all available location transfers. Those are:
North America – Europe West, Europe Nordic & East, Oceania, Russia, Turkey, Latin America North, Latin America South, Japan
Europe West – North America, Europe Nordic & East, Oceania, Russia, Turkey, Latin America North, Latin America South, Japan
Europe Nordic & East – North America, Europe West, Oceania, Russia, Turkey, Latin America North, Latin America South, Japan
Latin America North – Latin America South, Europe West, Europe Nordic & East, Japan, North America
Russia – North America, Europe West, Europe Nordic & East, Japan
Turkey – North America, Europe West, Europe Nordic & East, Japan
Oceania – North America, Europe West, Europe Nordic & East, Oceania, Russia, Latin America North, Latin America South, Japan
Japan – North America, Europe Nordic & East, Europe West, Oceania, Russia, Turkey, Latin America North, Latin America South
After you choose to which location you want to move your account, the transfer will happen pretty much instantly. However, make sure you chose the right location since there are no refunds to this feature. Everything you transfer will be moved to the new location except your Victory Points, Honor Level, Mission Progress, Shop Offers and current ranked progress.
