Sometime at the start of Song of Nunu, you will be tasked with grabbing some Magic ice from a stone ledge. There are no interactable places near the chunk of ice, other than a lonely Stone Krug. How can you solve the Krug puzzle in Song of Nunu and get the magic ice?
Song of Nunu Krug Puzzle – Move the Krug
When moving close to the Krug, you will notice that a set of flute notes appears in front of it. If you play the notes in the correct order, the Krug will proceed to follow you. Bring it close to the edge where the magic ice sits and then go to the ice chunk.
Krug Puzzle – Move the Magic Ice
Now that the Krug is near, you will see flute notes next to the magic ice. Play the notes and you will see notes next to the Krug. Play the second set of notes and you will see the magic ice get moved onto the Krug’s back.
Song of Nunu Krug Puzzle – Move the Krug Again
Now that the Krug has the magic ice, play your flute in the correct order near it again, by standing next to the Krug. This will make it follow you again so that you can make it stand on the opposite side, where the base of the magic ice resides. Play the magic flute in the correct order, as it appears on the Krug’s back as soon as you climb up the wall. Get the magic ice to its base and you will see a rune appear. Use the flute to play that rune tune in order to open the gate.
That’s it! You have completed the Krug puzzle in Song of Nunu and can move on to your next adventures.
