The Yordle trait is back in TFT Set 9, giving players one of the coolest comp to try out in all modes. Yordles no longer grant you more units like before, but instead give you a huge bonus per star level. In addition, if you manage to 3-star 3 units, you get a free 4-star Yordle to shred everything in their path. Yordle Strategist – Multicaster
LinkStrategists are by far one of the best traits in TFT Set 9, giving this specific Yordle comp a huge boost. Sprinkle in some Multicasters and the outcome is absolute chaos. Try building your Swain as tanky as possible early on, and put your resources into Sona and Teemo. If you can’t find a Heimerdinger, keep a Tristana on your bench to use for your Yordle trait to activate and add Azir as your 9th unit to boost your strategists even more.
Yordle Gunners
LinkUnlike the previous Yordle comp for TFT Set 9, this one is easier to execute and active the 4-star bonus. Maokai and Viego are fairly easy to 3-star and by giving them some tankiness ensures that your gunners will live long enough to tear down your enemy. Build your Tristana (and Jinx if you feel you need some early extra damage) and watch as your comp is slowly but surely leading into a 1st place.
