TFT Set 10 is possibly one of the most packed-with-action sets we’ve seen in a long time, tying music and high-stakes battles. K/DA is one of the first team comps you might try in TFT Set 10 so a guide on the basics is in order. Let’s take a dive into the K/DA trait and all its gloriousness.
K/DA Gameplay
K/DA as a trait buffs units on specific tiles, so make sure you field your units accordingly. It’s most important for your K/DA units to be sitting on these tiles, as they give special bonuses.
K/DA Best Synergies
K/DA as a trait has two major overlaps with other traits. As a result, they can be combo-ed in order to maximize their potential. Those are:
Superfan
Both Lillia and Neeko are Superfan and K/DA units, making the trait combo perfect for this team comp. Superfans grant one item its Radiant variant, so your carry can become even stronger. If your carry is a Headliner (for instance Kai’Sa or Seraphine) this Radiant item will prove even more useful.
Spellweaver
Spellweaver is your classic mage-like trait and it suits K/DA perfectly. Seraphine and Ahri share the Spellweaver trait. Spellweavers stack ability power and both K/DA units have fairly low mana costs for their abilities. If you manage to use Ekko (who will also activate the Sentinel trait which he shares with Lillia) and Lulu or Sona, you are in for an easy game.
Hyperpop
If you want to go the Spellweaver way, then you might want to activate the Hyperpop trait while you are at it. Lulu is a Spellweaver and can buff your units’ mana regeneration
K/DA Best Headliners
Kai’Sa
Kai’Sa dashes up to two Hexes and fires a missile at the current target. It deals physical damage to the first enemy hit.
- Headliner Effect—15 percent bonus attack damage, plus one Range, and dashes farther.
Seraphine
Seraphine sends a High Note to the largest clump of units. It deals magic damage to nearby enemies and heals nearby allies.
- Headliner Effect—Every two casts, Seraphine sings an extra High Note that deals 70 percent damage and heals 70 percent.
Neeko
Neeko cosplays the highest-health teammate and gains a shield plus five percent of the teammate’s health for a total of four seconds. When it breaks, deal 60/69/80 percent of its initial value as magic damage to adjacent enemies.
- Headliner Effect—200 health and when she cosplays an ally, grant that ally 20 mana.
Akali:
Akali deals physical damage to the furthest unmarked enemy and marks them. Akali then dashes to every marked enemy and deals physical damage to each.
- Headliner Effect—100 bonus health and 10 percent bonus attack speed.
Ahri
Ahri blows a kiss at the current target. It deals magic damage and briefly Stuns them. If the target has been kissed before, deal magic damage instead.
- Headliner Effect—15 percent bonus ability power.
