TFT Set 10 is all about music and it wouldn’t be so if the developer team didn’t do some work on its soundtrack too. Remix Rumble, the next set to release in Teamfight Tactics, will have adaptive music and the way this works is something we haven’t seen in TFT or other Riot Games title in the past.
According to the TFT dev team, Remix Rumble has a set of music groups. Each comes with its own sound and music genre. In order to incorporate them into the set’s theme, the team has composed two songs that will play as background music in your matches. Those base songs will be but a blank canvas upon which magic will be made. As you choose traits, more layers of instruments will add onto the base song.
For instance, if you choose Pentakill, you will have some cool guitar sounds on top of the basic TFT song. Adding a True Damage unit will add some hip-hop sound to it. Add a Desperado unit and some country instruments will join in.
During the TFT Set 10 dev video, we had the chance to see some of this music in action. Jhin with his new Maestro personality, will add unique strings to the existing song. Freeflow, the Jazz trio will add some jazzy sounds.
It will be interesting to see how all the different sounds will turn out to be while you play TFT. We’re sure that the chaos will add another layer of pure fun to the upcoming season.
TFT Set 10: Remix Rumble will hit PBE in the days to come. It will officially release onto live servers in late November according to Riot Games. At that time, we can check out all the aforementioned traits in action.
