This is the clip that the Coven Nami secret dance resembles. Although there won’t be any official confirmation that this is the exact dance that Nami uses, it won’t be the first time that Riot Games goes out of their way to offer a huge fan service with their new champions and skins.
Apart from the secret dance, it’s interesting to note that Nami is getting a significant change with this skin. She now has tentacles instead of her fishtail, making her Coven skin a real Legendary one. Fans were quick to notice that she looks suspiciously like Azshara from World of Warcraft. Whatever the inspiration might be, the outcome is beautiful,
As far as we know, the Coven skin line will launch in the League of Legends live servers in patch 13.20. If the official schedule is still on point, this will be on October 11th. Apart from Nami, Syndra, Nilah, Elise and Akali are also getting a new Coven skin. Akali will also be the one that gets a prestige edition of this skin. In addition, Mordekaiser is getting an Old God skin to accompany the new coven.
